finger tips. You can browse up-to-date minutes of City Council

and view City Ordinances. We also welcome any comments or
suggestions you may have to improve the website.
The Albany Business
& Industrial Park is located along Interstate 94 and our newest
tenant is Wells Concrete Products boasting over 200,000 square feet
of manufacturing of precast/pre-stressed concrete building
materials. Incentives such as Job Opportunity Building Zone (JOBZ)
program, Tax Abatement, and Tax Increment Financing are being
offered to eligible businesses interested in locating or expanding
to Albany.
The City of Albany
is not only a great place to visit and shop, but many more families
each year are finding it a great place to live with numerous
residential subdivisions to consider. Lot prices are very
attractive for new homebuyers! In 2008, there were nine new homes
constructed in Albany and in 2009, we ended the year with eleven.
Albany has everything one would need as far as Schools, Hospital,
Golf Course, Parks, Lake Wobegon Trail, etc.
